Our Approach: In response to COVID-19 and the need to provide global access to learning, we partnered with project and external stakeholders to create large-scale online learning opportunities that are equitable for a diverse, worldwide audience seeking life-saving information. We spearheaded the creation of a learning strategy and emergency response guidelines, working alongside stakeholders to shift the traditional "knowledge dump" approach to more effective, just-in-time training.
