​Solution Highlights: Driving for impactful learning design and assessment including micro- and macro-credential learning impact through online and blended learning, developing strategies and frameworks, multilingual learning programs 

 

Our Approach: Drawing on our strong research background and expertise in learning design, technology, and assessment, we developed foundational frameworks to guide the learning design and development process. We collaborated closely with subject-matter experts and project stakeholders to create evidence-based learning designs and performance-driven assessments. A key focus was ensuring the inclusion of culturally responsive instructional strategies, such as relevant illustrations and graphics, to ensure that our multilingual programs—set to be translated into over 100 languages—were both culturally appropriate and effective. Additionally, we considered potential barriers related to technology access and digital literacy in our approach to create the learning materials.
